Return and Refund Policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means that you have 30 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you must first contact us at mytruevinestore@gmail.com. We cannot accept a return or begin a refund unless you contact us first. If your return is accepted, we will email you with instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return to let you know if a refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at mytruevinestore@gmail.com

Other Related Issues

As a small family business, we value every customer.  If you feel there is an issue with your product, we want to hear from you. Please inspect your order upon receipt.  If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at mytruevinestore@gmail.com and provide one or more color photographs of the issue. We will resolve the issue quickly in accordance with our Returns and Refunds policies above. 

Please note that we cannot provide a refund if you mistakenly provide incorrect shipping information or your purchase is lost, stolen or damaged in transit. So please double check the product and shipping details before you place your order. 

Cancellations

When you place an order with us, please note that we send it for production almost immediately. Most orders enter the production process within 24 hours or less. If you would like to cancel your order, you must therefore notify us very quickly at mytruevinestore@gmail.com. We will attempt to cancel your order if it has not already entered the production process. Once your order enters production, cancellation is unfortunately not possible. 

European Union 3 Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
